Authentic Nepalese Cuisine

Our restaurant is characterised by our approach to cooking and presentation. Our aim is making each dish from scratch with locally available produce and imported spices, our experienced chefs attempt to bring you the Himalayan Nepalese dining experience right here at Taste of the Himalayas, Brighton.

The atmosphere of our restaurant is designed to enhance your dining experience with beautiful scenic paintings, art work and photographs of the people from Nepal.

 

Typical Nepali cuisine has its own identity and our menu has many authentic dishes to choose from - staple festive foods to the locals- are typical Nepali dishes enjoyed by thousands of trekkers, tourists, and mountaineers travelling to Nepal each year.

Our restaurant will be open for 10 customers only at any sitting time in accordance with the Goverments COVID 19 requirements.

 

Monday - Closed

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday

 5.30pm to 7.15pm       1st stiting

 7.30pm to 9.15pm       2nd sitting 

Friday and Sataurday

5.30pm to 7.15pm  1st sitting

7.30pm to 9.15pm  2nd sitting 

9.30pm to 11pm     3rd sitting 

We will update our opening times and restaurant capacity as the Goverment advises.
